When the techs came out to pump our septic, they informed us our pump was not working. I scheduled an appointment with their plumber. Dalton was exceptional. Instead of trying to sell us a pump that we did not need, he told us what was wrong with the pump and the piping. He fixed the piping which fixed the pump. He made certain to do everything in two settings so that we could easily afford it. Since I am new to septic systems, he could have easily sold me things not needed. Instead he took the time to educate me and then fixed everything that the previous plumbers did wrong. I will always call Xtreme if there is ever anything wrong with my septic system.  Thank you Dalton for taking the time to help me learn septic systems and for making me a whole lot more comfortable with the system.
